Job Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients within the healthcare industry.
Educate clients on the benefits and features of our health insurance products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new developments in healthcare to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Goal-oriented/ Hungry mindset with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required; comprehensive training will be provided you will just need a can-do attitude.
Passion for healthcare and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Must have or be willing to Obtain a Health and Life License

A Medical Sales Representative will be providing support to clients through the phone and go over the information that a client needs through business solutions as required for the role. You will be able to take care of the client and adapt their needs through a continually growing relationship.

An ideal candidate must have full-time availability, must be personable, and have good communications skills. The candidate must also be a self-starter and able to work in performing work duties with little to no supervision. Sales Experience is preferred but not required!!
