About the Role
Global Digital & Business Services (GDBS) is a global unit, located in over 45 countries worldwide, that delivers sustainable business value to Essity and our customers, by driving group wide operational efficiencies through Essity IT, Digital Transformation and Global Business Services (GBS).
Essity IT supports all Business & Global Units and is aligned to Essity’s strategic business priorities.
Engaged with our stakeholders we drive Essity's digital journey for sustainable value through innovative and cost-effective solutions. As an IT Business Analyst SCP, you will help drive progress in the optimization of the supply chain and production planning processes.

What You Will Do
- Drive breakdown of business requirements, by conducting workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources based on standard templates
- Propose and drive implementation of system improvements
- Ensure close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
- Provide expertise and guidance in Supply Chain Planning / APO to others and actively share best practices
- Collaborate with and coordinate external resources
- Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution
- Work with the project manager, architects and developers to define metrics and performance goals for the solution
- Arrange training and conduct end user training
- Process and take ownership of service tickets from customers
What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an IT-related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Solid understanding of SAP solutions in the Planning area
- Demand Planning (top priority)
- Supply Network Planning
- PP/DS
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with very good written and verbal communication skills in English, additional language(s) skills would be beneficial
- Good knowledge in Agile or Hybrid implementation methodology would be a plus
- Ability to travel approx. 5-10%
