Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Area
Salary: Starting at $90,000 per year, with a lucrative commission structure targeting OTE of $250K+

Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth within the DFW market by identifying new business opportunities, building unbreakable business relationships, and collaborating with leadership to earn profitable partnerships. This is a performance driven role demanding extensive knowledge of territory management, aggressive sales cycles, and learning our client’s specific demands. This role requires a relentless and proactive hunter mentality, with a focus on prospecting, lead generation, and engaging with upper-level Human Resource and Operations Management professionals. BDMs should have a strong capacity for understanding our clients on both a personal and professional level. The emphasis is on building client relationships with trust, credibility, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to penetrate the DFW market.
- Conduct prospecting activities, including marketing campaigns, cold calling, and networking to identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Lead meetings and presentations to showcase our innovative and technological staffing solutions, and tailor offerings to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Act as a direct point of contact to your client base, playing a pivotal role in incident and conflict resolution.
- Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Manage tasks and track opportunities effectively through a CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in prospecting, B2B sales, and lead generation.
- Proven understanding and track record of accelerated revenue generation
- Strong ability to engage and influence upper-level management in Human Resources and Operations.
- Previous staffing industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Experience managing tasks and tracking opportunities through Hubspot is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
