Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Sales Trainee to participate in an extensive, well-structured sales development program designed to provide strong knowledge in all aspects of our business. The purpose of the program is to prepare the Sales Trainee for a successful career in Sales. The training program combines a series of assignments in various departments; such as General Office Operations, Service Operations and Production Operations. Responsibilities include prospecting; setting appointments; preparing presentations and sales reports; and working with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Driving a company or personal vehicle is required. Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Trainees have the opportunity to pursue a sales/marketing career with Cintas which could include Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Director and other sales/marketing leadership positions.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior sales co-op or intern work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System
