Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and cars.

Duties:

- Selling used cars

- Demonstrating vehicles to customers, including test drives.

- Reporting to the vehicle Sales Manager on activities, reviews and analyses.

- Meeting customers face to face and holding sales discussions with them.

- Negotiating the terms of a sales agreement and closing sales.

- Following-up in-bound telephone inquiries, walk in prospects and email inquiries.

- Identify and target potential customers in the market

- Preparing car purchase packages.

- Cold calling up qualified sales prospects.

- Delivering vehicles to customers.

Qualifications:

- Ability to understand & follow both verbal and written instructions.

- Strong attention to detail, and proven to routinely exercise good time management in daily tasks & responsibilities.

- Using CRM training available.

- Experience in CRM VinSolutions is a plus

- Shown in past positions to be a highly organized, great time manager, understand priorities, comfortable working in a fast paced working environment.

- Must have reliable means of getting to work, and be punctual & dependable.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Previous experience in business development or outside sales is preferred

- A Valid Driver's License is required

- Bilingual is a plus.

Additional Information:

- General office hours of operation: Monday-Friday 10am- 8pm & Saturday, 9am-6pm.

- Day off during the week and Sundays off!

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
