Territory Location: Northern Michigan (with initial training in Grand Rapids, MI)

Role Summary

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our client's team, focusing on business development and client engagement across Northern Michigan! This role involves hands-on, traditional outside sales—meeting clients face-to-face and driving new business through personal connections. Initial training will take place in Grand Rapids, MI, and compensation includes a $550/month gas stipend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and foster client relationships through on-site visits and personalized service.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive new sales in the territory.
  • Present company products and services to potential clients effectively.
  • Maintain independent activity tracking for client engagement and pipeline development.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing or printing-related industry.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing activities without a CRM system.
  • Ability to operate independently and take initiative in a slower sales cycle environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Draw against commission with a target base range of $50k-$60k annually.
  • Commission earnings begin within 1-2 years
  • $550/month gas stipend.
  • Full benefits package available.
