As the Sales/Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales force, focusing on both account retention and the successful introduction of new products and services. We are seeking a candidate with extensive professional B2B experience who can develop and execute effective business strategies to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Nurture Client Relationships:
- Generate leads and establish long-term relationships with executive decision makers.
- Maintain and expand existing client base through proactive engagement and outstanding customer service.
- Sales and Marketing Leadership:
- Direct and coordinate sales activities, including the promotion and marketing of products and services.
- Develop comprehensive field sales action plans and implement them effectively.
- Cultivate a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the creative team to coordinate marketing initiatives, supporting advertising and promotional efforts.
- Provide strategic recommendations to drive sales growth and optimize revenue potential.
- Manage key customer relationships, providing guidance and support to execute and close strategic opportunities.
- Travel and Market Engagement:
- Travel as required, including client visits, domestic and international market exploration, and participation in trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in digital literacy and technical sales skills.
- In-depth knowledge and experience within the automotive industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated formal presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels, both within the organization and externally.
- Possess a strong business acumen, industry expertise, and excellent negotiating skills.
