Job Description

As we embark on this new chapter of growth, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Atlanta and be a part of our journey to transform the business phone system experience for US organizations.

As an Inside Sales Representative in our Atlanta office, you'll be a key player in our sales team, focusing primarily on inbound sales. You'll handle incoming leads, guiding potential clients through the sales process, and showcasing the value of Ringover's solutions to drive conversions and foster customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Respond to inbound sales inquiries, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Conduct virtual product demonstrations, highlighting how Ringover's platform aligns with the potential client's requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, offering exceptional customer service and support.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage inbound leads effectively and contribute to campaign strategies.

- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within our CRM system.

- Achieve and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets.

**Qualifications:**

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with inbound sales experience, especially in tech or SaaS sectors.

- Demonstrated ability to convert inbound leads into sales opportunities and close deals.

- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.

- Ability to quickly understand customer needs and offer effective solutions.

- Experience using Salesforce

- Highly motivated, with a passion for sales and a commitment to excellent customer service.

**What We Offer:**

- A competitive salary and incentive package composed as follows : $45000 - $50000 base salary base for an OTE of $65000 - 75000 (with uncapped comissions).
