As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant, you will manage consultations, convert quotes, drive sales, and ensure a positive client experience. We seek candidates with proven sales experience who demonstrate confidence, emotional intelligence, self-driven, integrity, and strong organizational skills. Reliability, a strong work ethic, and outstanding customer service are essential for building lasting client relationships and thriving in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage consultations with warm leads and explain our aesthetic services.
- Build trust and relationships with potential clients by discussing service benefits, answering questions, and overcoming objections.
- Upsell additional treatments and products to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist with financing options and scheduling treatments.
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional environment in the clinic.
- Collaborate with clinicians for seamless service delivery.
- Restock inventory, assist with light cleaning, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Follow Silhouette Aesthetics’ policies and standards to ensure an outstanding client experience.
- Greet patients warmly, provide refreshments, and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Required to work on weekends.
- Preferably 2 years of college education, though high school diploma holders with patient relations experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of experience working in a medical office.
- Familiarity with medical aesthetics terminology.
Skills and Abilities:
- Can immediately build rapport, assess the patient's needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action.
- Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial reward (manage KPI's)
- Must be technology savvy, familiar with MS Office and CRM tools, scheduling, lead generation software, finance, etc.
- Ability to thrive and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize completing tasks.
- Proficient in educating patients about services, products, and memberships.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette with excellent communication skills to engage with various clients, business contacts, and internal staff.

Job Type: Full-time position with a strong preference for Spanish-speaking candidates.
Salary: $20 per hour + an uncapped commission potential (based on KPI and goal achievement). The earning potential for this position averages $34.45 per hour in the first year, with growth opportunities.
