Job Description


FIELD SALES ROLE. You will produce new business with some of ServiceNow's largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management for one large global account and subsidiaries. Effectively quarterback a large extended account team (both local and virtual). Including (but not limited to): 1:1 Solution Consultant, 7+ Solution Sales Executives (each with a 1:1 aligned Specialist Solution Consultant), 3+ Support and Professional Services AEs, Customer Outcomes Managers, Sell-With GTM Managers, and orchestrating ServiceNow executive sponsors, all to support our most esteemed clients and drive net new revenue growth.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Provide strategic leadership to large existing customer (and affiliates). Balancing various sell-to initiatives along with sell-with initiatives led by GTM counterparts. Maximizing account team alignment to provide cohesive client experience.
  • Be the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow
  • Work with the greater ServiceNow solution teams to develop a ServiceNow solution based on the customer's strategic outcomes
  • Manage all Executive relationships between ServiceNow and assigned clients
  • Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including development and deployment of worldwide resources
  • Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients' organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level across any Business Unit
  • Develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience
  • Achieve financial targets set out for the assigned clients, including NNACV annual and quarterly quota targets, Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services

Qualifications


To be successful in this role you have:

  • Current location in Greater Seattle Area or Washington State
  • Flexibility to work out of ServiceNow Kirkland Office and visit client in-person as needed
  • 10+ years in direct Enterprise sales role in the software industry, Enterprise SaaS or PaaS model strongly preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in Field Sales Client Management, and aligning account strategies to new revenue opportunities
  • 5+ years of experience as an Enterprise or Strategics Client Director, Strategic Account Executive, Global Account Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management
  • Sell-To, quota carrying, lead account manager experience with global or large Enterprise Technology clients
  • Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service and IT Operations Management (within software sales organizations)
  • Experience consistently achieving large sales quotas
  • Experience leading account team in large, matrixed sales org
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
  • Travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region)

FD21

For positions in the Seattle metro/Kirkland areas, we offer a base pay of $163,920 - $255,480, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
