Responsibilities:
- Identify and seize new business opportunities for Barska’s products.
- Manage and grow retail channel and mass merchandise accounts, building strong customer relationships.
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored sales strategies.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to drive sales and maximize profitability.
- Implement follow-up strategies to enhance account management.
- Coordinate trade show participation, including planning, booth setup, and marketing materials.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to attract and retain customers and expand the portfolio.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Experience or interest in retail channel and mass merchandise management is preferred, but individuals without prior experience are encouraged to apply.
