Position Overview: As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Scholarship America, you’ll play a critical role in equipping our sales team with the tools they need to succeed. You'll develop and manage product-specific and segment-specific sales content, draft proposals, respond to RFPs, and create customized materials that resonate at every stage of the sales cycle. Your work will directly support Scholarship America’s strategic objectives, helping us serve students nationwide with life-changing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Create high-impact sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies tailored to specific products and customer segments.
- Proposal and RFP Management: Draft compelling proposals and responses to RFPs in collaboration with the sales team.
- Sales Cycle Support: Develop customized content that supports various stages of the sales process, meeting the unique needs of different clients.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Partner closely with the sales team to identify content needs, ensuring all materials align with sales goals and organizational messaging.
- Content Library Management: Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of sales enablement resources.
- Sales Events & Webinars: Develop content for sales events and webinars that reinforce Scholarship America’s messaging and value proposition.
- Product Marketing Collateral: Create targeted marketing collateral that highlights key product features and benefits for different customer segments.
- Project Oversight: Manage content projects, timelines, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Brand Consistency & SEO: Uphold brand voice, implement SEO best practices, and optimize content for maximum online visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Gather feedback and analyze performance metrics to refine and improve sales content continuously.
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
- Passionate about improving student outcomes, particularly for marginalized students.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, communications, or marketing.
- Skilled in using AI marketing tools, Canva, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional writing skills with a talent for crafting clear, persuasive sales content.
- Proven ability to support sales teams through high-quality, targeted materials.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative work style.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Preferred Requirements:
- Strong cultural awareness and an appreciation for diverse perspectives and their impact on educational achievement.
- Experience drafting RFP responses and sales proposals.
- Familiarity with ADA compliance and content formatting (HTML, XML) for accessibility.
Full Pay range: Exempt ($57,100 - $71,400 - $85,700)
This is the pay range for our staff in this position, from entry to fully independent and proficient in the role utilizing our propriety systems and processes. The candidate selected for this position will be offered a wage applicable to their background and skill set as aligned to our business.
