Gem State Staffing in Boise is currently recruiting and accepting applications for multiple results-driven Door to Door Sales representative positions for A local provider of comprehensive pest management and lawn care solutions.

As a Door-to-Door sales Rep, you will play a key role in expanding their customer base, promoting their pest control and lawn services, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Door-to-Door sales:

· Initiate and engage in conversations with potential customers at their residences.

· Present and promote pest and lawn management services.

· Effectively communicate the benefits and features of services to prospective clients.

Customer Relationship Building:

· Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.

· Address the customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information about services.

Achieve Sales Targets:

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

· Implement effective sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition.

Stay Informed:

· Stay up-to-date on services, pricing, and industry trends.

· Continuously enhance product knowledge to articulate key selling points.

Reporting and documentation:

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and feedback.

· Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in door-to-door sales or similar role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently.

· Knowledge of pest control and lawn care services a plus.

· Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and objections.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Successful completion of criminal background screen.
