Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Success & Administrative Support Specialist to manage client communications, provide post-delivery training, and support our sales team with invoicing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be articulate, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Address client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing timely updates on orders and production timelines.
- Client Training: Conduct post-delivery onboarding sessions, including virtual training calls, to explain product usage and best practices.
- Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with invoicing, data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and assist with task tracking.
- Order Processing: Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or account management.
- Experience conducting client presentations or product training is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay: $23.00–$26.50 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (8-hour day shifts)

Work Environment
This is a fully in-person role based at our Tonawanda, NY facility. Remote work is not available.
