Job Description
1stMILE is a software technology company focused on providing payment solutions to businesses in the automotive marketplace. We have more than 18,000+ locations using our software to process payments and increase revenue via our integrated solutions.
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to drive customer engagement through relationship building and training.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with all new customers via telephone and email
- Train new and existing customers on the basics of 1stMILE software
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Technical Support, and the customer
- Log all calls and actions in the CRM system
- Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of telephone customer service or sales experience and a high school diploma or its equivalent is required
- Experience with ticketing/CRM systems
- Experience supporting software and hardware products preferred
- The ability to actively listen, seek information, ask questions and solve problems
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
