Successful candidates MUST be available to start November 18, 2024.

This is a permanentfull-time opportunity that operates any five (5) days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating business hours of:

Monday to Sunday: 8:00AM to 10:00PM EST

We offer the flexibility to work remotely after 4 weeks of onsite training. Successful candidates must be available to work onsite at our Toronto office for the first 4 weeks of training (255 Consumers Road, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M2J 1R4) and then onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after training.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights for product or service refinement to align with client specifications
  • Evaluate clients' requirements, propose suitable goods or services, and negotiate pricing and sales conditions
  • Identify and engage prospective clients
  • Cultivate and nurture sales connections with existing clientele
  • Estimate installation and maintenance expenses for equipment or services
  • Manage sales agreements and uphold client databases
  • Collaborate with clients post-sale to address concerns and deliver ongoing assistance
  • Resolve technical issues pertaining to equipment functionality
  • Foster and update technical expertise on products or services to elucidate features and address client inquiries
  • Potentially offer instruction on equipment operation and upkeep

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Strong organizational skills and active listening abilities to determine the most suitable course of action
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer usage and data entry
  • Prior experience in customer service, with a preference for experience in accounts receivable or contact centers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales experience is considered advantageous
  • Physical presence in the province of employment is mandatory; the use of personal VPN services or IP maskers on company networks is strictly prohibited
  • College diploma or university degree is considered an asset

Compensation: competitive hourly wage and eligible for bonuses and full commission

  • $17.20 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
