Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records on each prospect complete with the date and time of next step or follow up
  • In collaboration with the Sales Director develop a monthly and quarterly outreach plan to generate new leads
  • Establish relationships with outside referral sources, participate in face-to-face meetings

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated, organized, and professional. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, problem solving, conflict management and budgeting
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members at all levels of the community and corporate operations
  • Have a caring disposition
  • Current state specific driver’s license and appropriate driving record with a working vehicle
  • Have a neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance
  • Computer proficient skills, verbal and written, and routinely follow written and verbal instructions. English language skills adequate to allow communication with Residents and staff
  • Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Preserve and protect the privacy, confidentiality and security of all medical records, proprietary and other confidential information relating to Spectrum Retirement Communities Retirement, its residents,’ team members, activities, and affiliates, in accordance with all applicable State regulations and laws
  • Promote Spectrum Retirement Communities in a positive manner and lead by example, modeling our Guiding Principles
  • Treat residents, family members, and team members with dignity and respect
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Follow Spectrum’s Policies, Procedures, Protocols and Manuals
