Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy Development: Creating comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass various channels like email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Digital Campaign Management: Planning and executing above digital marketing campaigns, including defining objectives, setting KPIs, budgeting, and measuring ROI. Aware of industry best practices on how to execute each category of campaigns.
Content Creation and Management: Overseeing the creation of engaging content that could range from product descriptions to blog posts, videos, and interactive online experiences to engage potential customers and enhance the brand's value proposition.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance and website analytics to understand the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns. Ability to document data accurate conclusions for management and team members.
Project Management and Team Management: Working with other departments like E-Commerce, product design, customer service, and supply chain to ensure a unified approach to the market and alignment on product offerings and promotional activities. Ability to set KPIs, implement industry best practices, and manage prorities for marketing team members.

- Launch and maintain successful affiliate programs, generating positive ROIs.
- Brand Partnership events aiming to increase website traffic or email subscription list.
- Effective SEO/SEM, and digital social ads campaigns that generated sales.
- Press Release campaign management, get our products to Google front page articles.

Requirement:
- Several years of marketing management experience with a proven track record in e-commerce or a related industry.
- A portfolio of successful marketing campaigns with demonstrated results in driving sales and improving brand visibility.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing strategies and consumer online shopping behavior. Including knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and PPC advertising.
