This is a unique opportunity to participate in our comprehensive BDR Residency. The Residency consists of a free two-week training period followed by a full-time W2, salaried+benefits, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners. Residents will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience to prepare them for a successful career in sales.
As an Associate Sales Development Representative (BDR), you will be critical in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will help build a pipeline of qualified leads for our employer partner's sales team and be the first point of contact (POC) to engage prospects. This is an early-career position with significant growth opportunities for motivated individuals who are eager to start a career in sales
Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency:
- Maintain a regular cadence of outbound calls and emails
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify or disqualify leads
- Effectively hand off qualified leads to an Account Executive
- Become a product and industry expert
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
- Activity
- Open/reply rates on emails
- Meetings Booked
- Qualified Meetings Held
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a customer facing position; sales, retail, service industry, recruiting,
- Desire to work in a fast paced startup environment
- Willingness to learn and be coached, ability to handle feedback
- Ambitious, career-oriented
- Free 2-week training period followed by a full-time, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners as a W2 Employee.

Compensation: Base Salary ($50K) + Commission ($20K)
