Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Director, Customer Advocacy to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in capturing and showcasing customer success stories and references, ultimately reinforcing our brand differentiation and building confidence in our solutions.
What you will do:
Customer Story Program Design:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive program to capture compelling customer stories and references.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a streamlined process for obtaining customer testimonials and success stories.
Storytelling and Content Creation:
  • Craft engaging and persuasive customer stories that effectively communicate the impact of our solutions on their business.
  • Showcase differentiation through well-crafted narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Statistics and Proof Points:
  • Gather and analyze statistics and proof points highlighting customer successes and key performance indicators (KPIs) improvement.
  • Utilize data to create evidence-based marketing and sales materials.
Professional Representation:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers willing to share their experiences.
  • Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions, maintaining a positive and collaborative demeanor.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner effectively with customer services, sales, and other marketing teams to achieve advocacy goals.
  • Collaborate on joint initiatives to leverage customer stories for maximum impact.
Passionate Customer Engagement:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to deeply understand how our software solutions have positively impacted their business.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and identify potential advocacy candidates.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer advocacy, storytelling, or a related role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about working directly with customers and understanding their success stories.
  • Ability to represent the company professionally and build strong, collaborative relationships.

The salary range for this position is: USD $152,311.10 - $197,688.89 USD
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
