We’re looking for an independent, driven, and results-oriented 1099 Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our business by connecting with clients and creating value-based solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive New Business: Target and engage commercial businesses, construction firms, property managers, and other prospects to promote our compaction services.
  • Manage Sales Pipelines: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring a steady flow from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Build Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
  • Customize Solutions: Assess each client’s waste management needs and develop tailored proposals demonstrating our cost-saving benefits.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Strive to meet or exceed sales goals by consistently acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and address any client concerns quickly.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: Previous success in B2B sales, ideally in waste management, logistics, environmental services, or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication to present our solutions confidently and effectively.
  • Independent Relationship Builder: Ability to independently cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-Motivated with a Hunter Mindset: High-energy, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a passion for securing new business.
  • Analytical Problem-Solver: Skilled at understanding customer challenges and proposing effective, budget-friendly solutions.
  • CRM Savvy: Experience with CRM systems (Wingmate or Jobber knowledge is a plus).
  • Own Vehicle Required: Reliable transportation is essential for traveling to client locations. Mileage or vehicle expenses will not be reimbursed.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Minimum Payment: $2,000 per month for achieving activity milestones—providing a stable income floor as you build your portfolio.
  • Commission on Gross Sales: 20% of gross revenue (uncapped). For example, on $100,000 in sales, you’d earn $20,000.
  • Commission Accelerator: Earn a boosted 25% commission on all sales exceeding $20,000 in monthly revenue.
  • Commission Payout Timing: Commissions are paid upon receipt of the first client payment, ensuring compensation is tied directly to sales success.
  • No Benefits Package: This is a contract position, with no health insurance, PTO, or other employee benefits.
