Customer Sales Representative
Our client is hiring for a Customer Sales Representative to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced retail promotions and sales environment. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to valued customers.
No two days are the same in this position, so our client is looking for an outgoing creative and excited individual who is available full time.
CSR Duties:
- Exceptional customer service: Interact with customers warmly and professionally, addressing their questions and needs in a timely manner. Aim to leave customers with a positive impression of the brand.
- Product selection and recommendations: Assist customers in finding the right products or services to meet their needs. Leverage your product knowledge and understanding of customer preferences to offer personalized suggestions.
- Process sales transactions: Efficiently handle sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Ensure transactions are accurate and secure, and provide customers with receipts and information about returns and exchanges as needed.
- Document customer details: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information, including purchases and preferences, to support future marketing and sales efforts.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area: Keep your workspace and the surrounding sales area tidy and presentable. An organized space not only reflects positively on the brand but also enhances the shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with your colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Share insights and feedback to improve team performance and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- Brand ambassador duties: Serve as a representative of the brand, promoting its values and identity. Engage with customers at events and build a positive image of the brand through your interactions.
- Product demonstrations: Showcase products in action through demonstrations at retail events. Highlight product features and benefits, and answer any questions customers may have. Your goal is to drive interest and sales by providing customers with an interactive and informative experience.
CSR Skills:
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing sales transactions is preferred
