3 positions for Customer Service Rep Available.

A Super Transport International Customer service interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about the company's services. In Super Transport International our main commitment is to achieve the customer's satisfaction and ensure that the merchandise arrives in the time and under the conditions specified.

Major Responsibilities,

- Communication with customers, co-workers and Supervisor (Mobile, Office Telephone, Email)

- Answering phones and Taking calls and fulfilling request from existing Customers and potential new customers.

- Fulfilling requests from existing customers and potential new customers on quotes and lanes already established.

- Provide or clarify information on departmental services, procedures and policies to all customers.

- Identifies problems and trends and suggests solutions to higher level personnel.

- Process Orders Correctly (customer references, commodity, weight, load type, division, trailer type, correct rate, stops, dimensions, and special instructions on the loads(tarps, dunnage, straps only, ETC) adding notes to the Orders when is necessary.

- Constant revision of the availability dispatch reports (emails) of upcoming trips before committing to loads.

- Helping team members cover loads when there is no capacity with our drivers.

- Constant research of loads (current customers, or internet pages).

Requirements,

- At least 2 year of customer service experience in transportation or logistics required.

- Customer Service Principles and practices. Relevant Computer Applications. Administrative Procedures.

- Effective Written and Verbal Communication. Language: Billingual (ENG & SPN). Data collection and ordering. CS orientation. Stress, Conflict and Time Management. Reasoning Ability. Analytical and problem Solving. Tenacious. Adaptability. Negotiation.

Physical Requirements

- Are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of his/her job.

- While performing the duties of his/her job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle and feel.

- The employee is frequently required to talk, hear, walk and sit. The employee will on occasion use hands and arms to reach, legs and feet to climb and/or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

- Thee employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and infrequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. He/she may on occasion lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Staring of at 38,000 per year.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week

Shift:

  • Morning shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • In-person

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dallas, TX 75241: Relocate before starting work (Required)
