We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both direct and inside sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to analyze customer needs to provide tailored solutions. The Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting product demos, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through direct sales efforts, including cold calling and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any customer inquiries.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in direct sales or inside sales roles; outside sales experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with technology sales or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
Compensation Package:
