Job Description

As a Senior Cloud Technician, you will act as the highest point of escalation for Level 3 technical issues, leveraging your extensive expertise in Microsoft CSP products with a focus on Modern Work. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing complex projects related to SaaS products, Azure/Entra ID, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless integration across these systems while maintaining optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support and resolution for escalated Level 3 issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Lead and execute project work involving Microsoft SaaS products, Azure/Entra ID, and MFA integration.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot DNS, domains, certificates, and other core infrastructure elements.
Collaborate with Service Technician II and other team members to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement in processes.
Ensure compliance with best practices and security standards for all systems and integrations.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience with Microsoft CSP products, specifically Modern Work.
Deep technical knowledge and experience with DNS, domain management, and SSL certificates.
Proven expertise in Azure/Entra ID, including MFA and advanced integrations.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with escalation procedures.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and clients effectively.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar are highly desirable.
