The Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of product evaluation by both existing and prospective customers, working closely with both the sales and support teams. The successful candidate will play a significant role in achieving our ambitious growth goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Become a SME (subject matter expert) on our solutions;
- Work with sales team to demonstrate on products to both new clients as well as existing clients evaluating new products;
- Provision customer product trials & evaluations;
- Act as a technical point of escalations for customer during their evaluations;
- Work with customers to ensure adoption of product features;
- Maintain strong product knowledge on new products or features;
- Update Salesforce CRM as required;
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years in customer-facing B2B experience in a technical Customer Success or Support role;
- Technical experience with SaaS or Security products;
- Experience leading customer or project deployments;
- Experience presenting product demos;
- Excellent cross-functional communication and people skills;
- Excellent written and verbal skills (English);
- A motivated person with multi-tasking capabilities and with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with Salesforce CRM a benefit;

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
