Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Commissions: Assist in tracking and calculating sales commissions, providing detailed reports for the sales team and management.
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) Monitoring: Support AR tracking and follow-ups, helping maintain up-to-date records and assist with reconciliations.
  • QuickBooks and Salesforce Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile data between QuickBooks and Salesforce to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Cross-Department Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and operations, facilitating clear communication and efficient task management.
  • Return Handling: Manage return forms and coordinate with our third-party logistics (3PL) provider to streamline return processes.
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor inventory levels and assist in reporting to ensure stock availability aligns with sales needs.
  • Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative assistance as needed, working closely with the Sales Manager and under the direction of the Office Manager.

Reporting: This position reports directly to the Office Manager.

  • Attention to Detail: You have a knack for catching discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proactive Attitude: You anticipate needs and take initiative without needing to be prompted.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You excel at bridging communication between departments and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Computer Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and general computer skills. Experience with QuickBooks or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Team Player: You’ll be collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams, so a positive and collaborative attitude is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
