Job Title: Entry-Level Sales Admin

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Commissions: Assist in tracking and calculating sales commissions, providing detailed reports for the sales team and management.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Monitoring: Support AR tracking and follow-ups, helping maintain up-to-date records and assist with reconciliations.
- QuickBooks and Salesforce Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile data between QuickBooks and Salesforce to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Cross-Department Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and operations, facilitating clear communication and efficient task management.
- Return Handling: Manage return forms and coordinate with our third-party logistics (3PL) provider to streamline return processes.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitor inventory levels and assist in reporting to ensure stock availability aligns with sales needs.
- Administrative Support: Provide additional administrative assistance as needed, working closely with the Sales Manager and under the direction of the Office Manager.
Reporting: This position reports directly to the Office Manager.

- Computer Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and general computer skills. Experience with QuickBooks or Salesforce is a plus.
- Team Player: You’ll be collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams, so a positive and collaborative attitude is a must.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
