Account Executive Business Technology SolutionsRole Overview:
As an Account Executive at ImageNet Consulting, you’ll drive the adoption of our cutting-edge technology solutions, including Cloud Services, Print Technology, Managed Print Services Managed IT Services, and Cybersecurity. This role requires a proactive sales professional skilled at identifying and cultivating new opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and fostering strong client relationships for sustained growth and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Customer Acquisition:
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and building strong relationships.
  • Sell our comprehensive suite of technology solutions by articulating ImageNet’s unique values and competitive differentiators to potential clients.
  • Develop tailored solutions that align with each client’s specific needs, positioning ImageNet as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Relationship Management & Retention:
  • Build and nurture client relationships from prospecting through follow-up to ensure loyalty and long-term growth.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly client reviews, offering recommendations and solution updates that meet evolving client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales cycle, collaborating with clients to meet their objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Data Management & Sales Metrics:
  • Maintain all client interactions, forecasts, and account details in the company CRM, adhering to company standards.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives, contributing to ImageNet’s mission of exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay current with the latest technology solutions and sales techniques through ongoing training.
  • Attend sessions to understand ImageNet’s products and services fully, and effectively apply best practices in sales and customer service.
  • Territory & Client Engagement:
  • Travel within designated territories to engage with clients and prospects, ensuring consistent relationship-building and high-value follow-ups.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to provide recommendations, service reports, and necessary contract updates for maximum client benefit.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven "Hunter" with a passion for technology solutions and sales. You’re a proactive problem-solver and a confident communicator who excels in connecting with clients, building strong relationships, and consistently delivering exceptional service.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of successful B2B technology sales experience or similar B2B field experience.
  • Client Engagement: Proven ability to engage with small to mid-sized business owners and decision-makers, effectively positioning solutions to meet client needs.
  • Sales Skills: Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills that drive new opportunities and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring productivity and consistent results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
