Role Overview: As our Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team of roofing sales professionals. Your role is to inspire and motivate your team members to reach their full potential. If you are a hard worker, problem-solver, and always aim customer satisfaction, you are the person we are looking for!
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing roofing sales representatives.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, and provide ongoing coaching and support to help your team achieve their goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in roofing sales, with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets and drive revenue growth. Other field sales experience will be considered.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Must be familiar with using Office 365 applications and can adapt to using other computer software and CRMs.
