Position Overview:
The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing existing customer relationships. This role requires someone who is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about providing solutions for facility compliance across various fire protection codes. As an integral part of our team, you will help ABC Fire grow through long-term partnerships and exceptional customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Discover new sales opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Implement and execute strategies to meet sales goals and quotas.
- Manage customer relationships and address evolving needs.
- Expand and retain our customer base by providing top-tier service and solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess existing fire protection coverage and propose additional services.
- Offer after-sales support to maintain customer loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues to satisfaction while upholding the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Additional Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of fire protection services and solutions.
- Proven success in sales and account management roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,044.00 - $74,364.00 per year
