Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and help them achieve their business goals. If you have a passion for customer service and a strong background in marketing and analytics, we want to hear from you!

Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as their main point of contact
- Understand customer goals and objectives, and develop strategies to help them achieve success
- Provide guidance and support to customers on the effective use of our products and services
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Analyze customer data and provide insights to drive customer engagement and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, and advertising sales
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies based on customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives

Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, market trends, and best practices
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools
- Experience in budgeting and managing advertising sales campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Copywriting skills to create compelling content for marketing materials
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
- Proven track record in sales or account management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
