As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our dynamic sales team by adding a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to make a direct impact on our team's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative Support to Sales Team: Assist in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Assist in Order Management: Help with the preparation and submission of quotes, follow up on customer orders, and ensure timely processing and delivery of products.
  • Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the company’s products and services to offer informed assistance to the sales team and customers. Provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate Deliveries: Provide logistical support for deliveries on a daily basis. Work hand in hand with our drivers as well as updating our customers on their shipments.
  • Support Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: Ensure accurate data entry in the company’s CRM, update client profiles, and assist in maintaining a clean and effective database for the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in handling customer inquiries and issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and supportive attitude with a strong desire to contribute to team success.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing timely and effective solutions.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
