POSITION SUMMARY

ETW Energy is seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President of Sales & Marketing with a specialized focus in renewable energy systems. Successful track record of delivering consistent and predictable results by driving continual improvement, implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and driving sustainable revenue via channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share via a variety of acquisition channels.
Lead, mentor, and motivate team member to optimize performance and exceed targets.
Build and maintain relationships of trust with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform decisions.
Implement best practices for sales operations, forecasting and managing targets.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven track record of success in sales roles within the solar industry.
Strong understanding of solar technology and current market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and tenacity to overcome obstacles.
Experience managing other high performers and generating results despite obstacles.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend sales functions.
Stamina to work long hours and under pressure during peak sales periods.
