POSITION SUMMARY

ETW Energy is seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President of Sales & Marketing with a specialized focus in renewable energy systems. Successful track record of delivering consistent and predictable results by driving continual improvement, implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and driving sustainable revenue via channels.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share via a variety of acquisition channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate team member to optimize performance and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships of trust with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform decisions.
  • Implement best practices for sales operations, forecasting and managing targets.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles within the solar industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar technology and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and tenacity to overcome obstacles.
  • Experience managing other high performers and generating results despite obstacles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend sales functions.
  • Stamina to work long hours and under pressure during peak sales periods.
