Key Responsibilities:
- Build, nurture, and manage direct relationships with business owners and agencies, driving revenue to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Research market trends and understand customer needs to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Proactively engage in warm calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients through ongoing support and engagement.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective and current clients.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
- Understand client business objectives and advertising strategies to provide tailored media solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends and monitor competitor activity.
- Represent the company at community events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market conditions and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate product offerings.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing sales deals.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Willingness to work in the Hampton Roads, Virginia & NE North Carolina markets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,768.00 - $65,774.00 per year
