Sales Manager:
Role: Profit Center Manager / BDM
Location: Mobile, Alabama
Reporting: To Country Manager
Key Responsibilities:
The Profit Center Manager will be in charge of:
· Define Profit Center strategy in line with corporate strategy
· Ensure the profit center's sales development
· Ensure commercial relationships with customers, prospects and suppliers
· Negotiate new listings and contracts
· Ensure the commercial feasibility of calls for tender in collaboration with the technical teams, and ensure consistency between our commitments and actions
· Ensure inter-Profit Center relations with various internal counterparts
· Carry out and monitor performance and profitability indicators, and report to management in accordance with the defined schedule
· Identify the main deviations and propose corrective measures adapted to the activity and strategy
· Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures
· Define the budget and guarantee the follow-up and consistency of the Profit Center's budget in liaison with the various internal contacts; Lead the Profit Center, ensuring a good social climate
· Act as a link between management and teams in the field, conveying strong values and relaying crucial information; Target the recruitment of the skills needed to develop the profit centerAct as the customer's main contact
· Act as the customer's main contact
· Is assisted by a technical reference throughout the customer project
· Anticipate, analyze and diagnose customer needs
· Ensure the creation of the business with the setting up of the business schedule
· Collect and validate input data
· Write and/or complete specifications according to customer requirements
· Monitor modification requirements and validate technical orientations in agreement with the customer
· Drafting of selection reports
· Negotiate bids
· Validate project costing and manufacturing
· Manage the entire project (specifications, planning, milestones, etc.) with the customer
· Report internally and externally, analyze results and suggest improvements
· Identify and anticipate deviations, report discrepancies and propose actions to his/her activity manager
· Accompany and inform the customer until the project is completed, in order to guarantee customer satisfaction
· Check and validate the customer's inspection reports
· Ensure that design files are properly maintained and complete
· Monitor project budgets
· Report to the various stakeholders (Team Leader, Project Manager, hierarchy, etc.)
· Monitor and manage OTD / QD / HV-HP / Purchase gain / X-board project performance
· Deliver product to customer
· Organize, lead and facilitate meetings
