Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with real estate investors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for fix n flips and the investment side of real estate.
Duties:
- We sell fixer uppers to investors.
- Call new investors to inform them of the services and value we provide.
- Schedule video meetings with new investors to explain how we operate and how to buy properties from us.
- Conduct video meetings with new investors.
- Adding new investors to our company CRM and other company platforms.
- Send the properties we have for sale to the investors you've met.
- Call investors and explain our deals to them when they’re ready to be sold.
- Walk the properties we have for sale with investors you’ve met.
- Negotiate sales with investors interested in buying the properties we have for sale.
- Sell the properties we have out for sale to investors you've met.
- Gather feedback from the investors you've met on the properties we have out for sale.
- Build and maintain relationships with the investors you’ve met.
Qualifications:
- No real estate experience is needed - we will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in this role.
- At least 1 year of Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Must have a smart phone and laptop.
- Private desk, email, business cards, and basic supplies/resources for this role will be provided for you.
- Must come to work prepared, with energy and ready to work hard.
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to be successful.
- Must be coachable and able to take constructive criticism.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in Spanish is a bonus but not required
This is a 100% commission based sales role. Commissions are earned by selling fixer uppers to investors. Commissions are volume based and increase depending on the amount of properties sold in a single month.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
