About Mark’s Cleaning

MCS Building Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our winning team in the janitorial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and setting appointments for building surveys (walkthroughs) for our sales team. This role will be based out of our Medina, OH office and will include a structured bonus program based on successful appointments set.

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Location: Medina
  • Working days: Monday-Friday
  • working hours: 9am-5pm
  • salary: $16.50-18 / hour based on experience
  • Number of hires: 1 (Hiring Immediately)
Appointment setter duties include (but are not limited to):
  • Make 60 outbound calls per day to businesses within our target market to introduce MCS Building Solutions and schedule building surveys for our sales team.
  • Qualify prospects according to our defined client profile, ensuring that the businesses align with our target market (commercial janitorial services).
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all communications and appointments in our CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Build rapport with potential clients and clearly communicate the value of our services.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and confirm details with both the client and the sales representative.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team members to meet daily and weekly goals.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the janitorial or facilities industry is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to adjust to real-time client conversations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
