Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to cold, warm, and hot internet leads
- Conduct regular customer review meetings to assess insurance needs
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to promote retention and cross-selling opportunities
- Utilize CRM effectively to manage leads, follow-ups, and client records
Requirements
- Current insurance license(s) (required before starting)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach
- Goal-driven with a go-get-it attitude
- Experience with CRM software and cold/warm calling
