Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.
You may choose your own hours if you’re experienced.
This is a door-to-door sales role
Sales Reps with little to no experience will need to train with established/experienced crew members.
This role is straight (uncapped) commission!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (preferably solar sales)
- Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Leadership qualities are desirable
- Familiarity with solar sales or software sales is a plus
