OVERVIEW
The Automation Engineer Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of individuals charged with creating automations, digitizing documentation, creating custom reports and dashboards for customers, and assisting with all other aspects of onboarding and retaining customers that subscribe to Albi and are passed on from the sales team. The team lead will be working with an established group and be responsible for their success while operating as a functional member of the team. This is an AT WILL position.

Reports directly to the Director of Customer Success
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Set up automations
- Data Imports
- Digitize customer documents
- Integration setup
- Communicate a positive image of the company to the entire staff and customers
- Apply all safety rules and regulations and prevent work hazards
- Other duties as assigned, to be defined within extended offer letter
- Schedule and complete client facing meetings using Zoom or other video conferencing applications
Additional Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the department team, ensuring effective collaboration and workflow.
- Act as a working member of the team, contributing directly to projects with technical expertise in Zapier, Albiware, HubSpot, Adobe, Domo, Stimulsoft and similar tech stack products.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departmental activities.
- Organize and optimize individual contributors' efforts to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps, addressing bug fixes, and handling support issues to improve customer experience and product functionality.
- Ensure timely completion of customer requests for automations, reports, Albi Analytics and changes to any existing items already completed.

- Manage and drive new customers through their initial setup to graduation and their “Go Live” date
- Troubleshoot issues for our customers within the department before bringing it to the support team
Knowledge of:
- Departmental obligations, functions, and chain of command
- Time management techniques, office efficiencies and timely processing
- Proper and appropriate phone and video conference skills, handling customer complaints and issues
- Albiware software: Albiware, HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, Rippling, Zapier, Loom, Gong, Confluence, G-Suite, Bitwarden, SendGrid and any other programs used to onboard a new customer
- Working in a close office environment and working with others to respect ideas and opinions
- Developing and presenting creative solutions to any challenges presented within the Department and Company
- Departmental and Company goals, how your position related to them and how to ensure you’re doing what you can to achieve them daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually
- Industry knowledge and the ability to seek knowledge if new to the industry
- The Company Mission Statement, Vision, Core Values, image, and goals and how they shall be reflected in the day-to-day job duties of you and your co-workers
- All policies and procedures of the Company, ability to apply and understand
- OSHA safety regulations of the industry and provide an active role in monitoring the safety of yourself and other team members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
