Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals who thrive on engaging in effective conversations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our retail partners, securing sales, providing assistance, processing orders, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

· Establish rapport using effective communication.

· Understand client needs, handle inquiries, escalations and provide product/service support.

· Communicate with retailers via outbound and inbound calls to sell our products, and provide accurate and detailed information about products, pricing and terms.

· Speak with retailers to address objections and concerns, and negotiate terms of sales.

· Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.

Pipeline Management:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interaction with retailers and sales activities in CRM software.

· Identify and follow up with retailers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.

· Follow established procedures and protocols for handling various types of retailer inquiries and escalations.

Sales Target:

· Meet or exceed monthly performance targets including retail orders, call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and quality standards.

· Continuously improve on sales skills and stay updated with product/service offerings, trade activities, company policies and competition.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years experience in a call centre sales environment.

· Previous experience in retail and customer service is a plus.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Verbal fluency in English and a second language (Hindi, Arabic, Mandarin, Korean) is preferred.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds.

· Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools and MS suite.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
