*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. *Duties* - Manage a designated sales territory to meet and exceed sales targets - Conduct direct sales activities, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing deals - Upsell products and services to existing customers - Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support as needed - Develop new business opportunities through proactive business development efforts - Effectively manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction - Fluent in Spanish is a plus for engaging with Spanish-speaking clients *Requirements* - Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory sales or direct sales role - Strong ability to manage a sales territory effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in conducting product demos and providing technical sales support - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with territory management practices is advantageous
