Job Description:

As a Sales Representative you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts for aluminum products. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels.
Understand customer needs and provide product information, recommendations, and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Order Processing: Collaborate with warehouse employees to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Confirm order details and specifications to meet customer requirements.
Oversee order status and communicate updates to customers.

Payment Processing: Assist customers with payment processing, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Ensure timely and accurate payment collection.
Resolve any payment-related issues or inquiries.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product range and industry trends.
Provide technical information and guidance to customers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the aluminum or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of aluminum products or a willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Bilingual is a MUST ( English and Spanish)

Pay: Starting at $17.00 an Hour + Commission + Overtime

Hours: Monday - Friday 7AM to 4PM + Saturdays 8AM to 12PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
