Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing all inbound sales calls, conducting outbound sales efforts, upselling to current customers, managing online advertisements, maintaining our social media pages, and identifying and fostering lucrative partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all inbound sales calls promptly and efficiently, providing customers with information about our services and pricing.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing customers, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Manage and optimize online advertisements to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Maintain and update our social media pages, including posting engaging content, responding to inquiries, and fostering community engagement.
- Research and identify potential partnership opportunities with local businesses, property managers, and other relevant entities to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead generation efforts using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and engaging phone demeanor.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and familiarity with online advertising platforms and social media management tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving objectives.
