Our Account Executives focus on building trust and rapport with small to medium-sized merchants. They are passionate about their businesses and are looking to work with other passionate people. What Celero Offers You:

  • Boot Camp/AIT period - paid training! Your first 6 months as an Account Executive are designed to provide you with comprehensive training on the business and set you up for success! During this time, you will earn bonuses based on activity (call volume, talk time, qualified leads, processing statements collected, closed deals, etc).
  • We don't expect you to know everything at once. Your main goal during Boot Camp is to learn our sales process and build enough trust for the merchant to send you a current processing statement . Get paid for each processing statement you collect from them... UNCAPPED $$$!
  • Closer/Manager closes a deal on one of the statements you receive? YOU receive the commission + residuals!
  • Base + uncapped commission with growing monthly residuals and a vesting period of 7 years… continue to make money beyond this role!
  • $5,000 - $10,000+ per month realistic first-year OTE.
