SALES REPRESENTATIVE – EMPLOYEE POSITION WITH COMPANY CAR IN IOWA AND NEBRASKA

Job Description

MeraVic is a leader in the Gift, Floral, Home Décor industry since 1980. We sell Silk Flowers, Home Décor and Holiday Decorations wholesale. Our customers are mostly privately owned gift shops, floral shops, home décor and garden centers. These are the customers you will be calling on to present and sell our line.

Job Overview:

This is not a 1099 position. You will be an employee with health care and 401k. Pay is base salary plus bonus. Your territory will be Iowa and Nebraska. We have a customer base to work from and we will set your appointments for you. Weekly Travel required with weekends at home. You will also be off Mid November to January 1st. 90% of your sales calls will be with current MeraVic customers. We provide everything you need to travel and sell. Including, vehicle, samples, catalogs and iPad. We cover expenses, hotel $80 a night, fuel and vehicle repairs. Training is also provided. We will do everything we can to make you succeed. Our reps make $40,000 - $80,000 a year.

We are looking for a motivated sales representative who doesn't want to punch a clock and sit at the same desk everyday. Do you enjoy traveling, meeting new customers and being on the move? Job Requirements:

You will have to pass a drug test and background check.

Clean driving record. No DUI’s or excessive tickets.

We use Apple iPads to show and sell our product. Knowledge of the Apple iPad system is an advantage.

On a typical week you will be driving 800-1000 miles.

This is a sales position. Ability to sell, promote products and meet sales targets while addressing customer needs us a must.

Past sales experience is preferred.

Knowledge of the gift and floral industry is a plus.
