Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Millwork Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing expert guidance on our millwork products and services. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from contractors and builders to architects and interior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, designers, and architects.
- Present and sell our millwork products, including doors, windows, moldings, cabinetry, and custom woodwork solutions.
- Provide accurate quotes, product recommendations, and project timelines based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions to clients.
- Generate inside/outside sales and meet with clients at our office or their project locations
- Track sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Create and present regular performance reports for managers
- Continuously establish new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Generate new leads through construction data information, marketing, sales calls and through existing relationships.
- Ensure sales and bidding sheets are updated and accurate
- Track all bidding and sales and provide reports as requested
- Follow up on bids to monitor our pricing compared to our competitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the millwork, building materials, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of millwork products, including doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and custom woodwork.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and architectural plans.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
