We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager specializing in outside sales for snow removal and landscaping services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients. Your main focus will be on providing tailored solutions for clients' snow removal and landscaping needs, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. You will identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the year. Your ability to understand client requirements, offer effective solutions, and drive sales will be key to your success in this role.

Relationship Manager Requirements
- Superior communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service.
- Proven leadership abilities with a knack for delegating work effectively.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring a polished presentation and professional appearance.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Proficiency in estimating work and time needed to complete various projects, with a particular emphasis on snow removal.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel software.
Relationship Manager Responsibilities
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially for snow removal services.
- Bidding: Accurately bid on projects, with a focus on snow removal contracts.
- Invoicing Review: Ensure all invoicing is accurate and reflective of the work completed.
- Contract & Contract Renewals: Manage contracts, particularly those related to snow removal, and oversee renewals.
- Property Inspections & Reports: Conduct thorough inspections, with a keen eye on snow removal needs and opportunities.
- Property Maps: Develop and maintain detailed property maps, highlighting areas critical for snow removal.
- Upsells: Identify opportunities to upsell services, with a focus on expanding snow removal offerings.
- Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities, especially in the snow removal sector.
- Snow Removal: Be the go-to expert for all snow removal services, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
