The average annual compensation of a first year sales Representatives is $90,000 - $140,000 , but for our top performers, the earning potential is dramatically higher. In your region, the top 10% of fully ramped Sales Representatives have averaged $ 309,714.44 in the past year.

What You’ll Do…..
- Travel to the islands of Oahu(Hawaii), Maui, and Kauai during peak demand once a month. Paid housing included and potential to earn helicopter tour of the islands
- Manage a territory going door to door for the company with a population of around 10,000 people
- Become an expert in renewable energy and smart home products and their benefits to the consumer
- Participate in ongoing training camps with a focus on team building and mentorship
- Become an expert in renewable energy and its benefits to the consumer
- Canvas neighborhoods and qualify homes for solar
- Communicate with homeowners and generate interest while setting appointments
- Help families save money through our consumer-focused sales practice
- Be professional and courteous while educating homeowners
- Participate in ongoing training camps focused on increasing your earning potential, team building and mentorship from our leaders
- Embark on a rewarding, challenging sales career with uncapped earning potential and “sky’s the limit” opportunity for leadership growth
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive your own vehicle to various locations to canvas

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS.....
- Must be willing to go door to door meeting customers face to face
- Must possess a strong desire to set and achieve goals
- Must be coachable and willing to learn
- Adaptability and resourcefullness
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be self-driven & highly motivated
- Must be able to work Tuesday – Saturday (7 hours a day)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Applicants must be 18 years old or older
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Must have a cell phone with data and internet

2 Because Sales Representatives are paid commissions based on their individual performance, individual earnings will vary. The Average Annualized Compensation of Active Sales Representatives is the average annualized sales commission earned by all Vivint Solar Sales Representatives between January 2021 and March 2021.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $300,000 per year
There are top earners making over $500,000+
This is exclusively an in person sales position.
