Achieve new business production targets and set objectives.

Engage with potential clients via outbound phone calls, networking, and other lead sources.

Develop insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and successfully close deals.

Build influential relationships with existing clients that will result in cross-sell opportunities and additional sources of referrals.

Collect all required documentation from customers.

Recognize cross sell and upselling opportunities during customer interactions.

Adhere to underwriting, rating, and compliance guidelines.

Stay informed about new product offerings.

Drive new business by generating leads through referrals and other sources.

Requirements

**Experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative? Excellent!**

If you boast a track record of successful sales, coupled with exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to learn and grow, this opportunity is an opportunity for you to flourish and excel.

We offer a competitive base salary of $35,000 along with the potential to earn an additional $40,000 in the first year, with top performers earning over $100,000 in commission last year.
